NBAA Offers eAPIS Service

NBAA members can now subscribe to a service that streamlines the electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS) and allows more convenient flexibility when plans suddenly change. The system was developed in partnership with ARINC Direct Business Aviation Solutions and has been approved by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Since last May, all international flights to and from the U.S. must be preceded by an electronically filed APIS report that details passenger information. NBAA says its system offers some improvements over the CBP-hosted system that are worth the $25 charge for each international flight. Continue reading

BioJet Corporation (formerly JatrophaBioJet) (www.biojetcorp.com) and E85 LLC jointly announced today that they have executed a Bio-SPK forward contract for the sale by BioJet and the purchase by E85 of 4 million barrels of aviation bio jet fuel.
