UK business aviation services company PremiAir has bought Gold Group International's aircraft operations and maintenance facility at London Biggin Hill airport for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes the acquisition of a fleet of Bombardier Learjet 45s that will be owned by PremiAir's sister company Von Essen and managed by the operator from the Biggin Hill base.
